Caramba! Restaurant in Whistler has lots of gluten-free options including starters such as Calamari, Garlic Prawns, Mushroom Bisque and Salads. Gluten-free pizzas include Margherita, Truffle Funghi and Rosemary Ricotta and “Mac & Cheese” and Air Dried Chorizo. Gluten-free pasta includes Spaghetti, Tagliatelle and Short Rib Ragout.

Blacks Pub and Restaurant in Whistler Village has gluten-free options including Curried Vegetarian, Seafood, Salmon & Sweet Pea, or Classic Carbonaraon Gluten-Free Penne pasta. Gluten-free Burger bun with Prime Rib, Salmon or Turkey patties. Stone Grilled Pizza on gluten-free crust (10” only). Mains include Bison Ribs, Roasted Chicken, Top Sirloin and Maple Glazed B.C. Salmon.

Not a great gluten-free selection, but you can probably find something! Gluten-free items include Yam Fries, Salads, Steak Frites, Sirloin, Chicken, Tacos and Coconut Cake. When looking at their menu click the “Gluten Aware” button on the right.

Nestled comfortably in Whistler Village proper, the patio is one of the last to capture the setting sun each day before it disappears behind the mountains. Overlooking the Village stroll, our patio absolutely screams apres-ski, (or apres throwing yourself off a mountain on a bike, or apres golf or apres whatever you fancy).
