Keeping an eye on your gluten intake, but craving some Panago pizza? No worries, we’ve got this! Meet our Gluten-Smart crust- It may be square, but it’s far from boring.
Manufactured in a strictly gluten-free environment, this crust is a glorious blend of tapioca starch, whole grain sorghum, and sweet rice flour instead of traditional wheat flour AND it’s even free of all major allergens (dairy, eggs, soy, wheat/gluten, sulphite, shellfish, fish, peanuts, tree nuts, mustard and sesame seeds).
Not a great gluten-free selection, but you can probably find something! Gluten-free items include Yam Fries, Salads, Steak Frites, Sirloin, Chicken, Tacos and Coconut Cake. When looking at their menu click the “Gluten Aware” button on the right.
