The dining room features a number of big screen TV’s and an open fireplace. A fixture in the community for 45 years, come and see for yourself. Dine in take out and Delivery available from 11 am daily.
At The Heid Out we take food allergies very seriously which is why we’ve taken the time to modify our menu and dishes to provide a gluten free experience that you can rely on. Including gluten free fish and chips! We have a separate fryer and station for all gluten free orders and would love you to join us for lunch or dinner in the East Kootenay’s !

Hellcrust Pizza on East Hastings Street in Burnaby doesn’t seem to list it on their web site or menu, but they do indeed have a gluten free crust and keto crust for their pizzas. Order for take out or delivery!
