Our premade gluten free crust is prepared, cooked and cut with dedicated utensils. It does not require dusting flour. We offer many gluten free toppings. Marios Kitchen in Tsawwassen has Gluten-free starters like Mushroom Caps, Spinach & Artichoke Dip and Chorizo Meatballs. Salads include The BBQ’d Texan, Caprese, Cajun Chicken Spinach Salad and Cajun Chicken Spinach Salad. All burgers can be served on a Gluten Free bun. Chicken and Ribs entrees like Carolina Honeys, Virginie Back Ribs, New Orleans Cajun Ribs and The Butcher Block. Entrees include New York Striploin, Bone in Ribeye, Filet Mignon and Fresh BC Salmon. try any of their pasta sauces with spaghetti for a Gluten Free option. All pizzas can be served on a 10″ Gluten Free crust.

Triple O’s on McCurdy Road in Kelowna has a gluten-free menu. While some items are marked as gluten-free on the main menu, they also have a separate gluten-free menu. They have a gluten-free burger bun that you can request be put on the grill instead of the shared toaster making most of their burgers gluten-free. For those with specialized diets, the White Spot in the Kerrisdale neighbourhood of Vancouver has a variety of our Gluten-friendly dishes.
